I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms are incredibly spacious compared to other European hotels, conveniently located just off the Piazza della Signoria. The inclusion of a smart phone for free calling was a wonderful touch, providing everything we needed for a perfect stay.

Staying at San Firenze Suites was an amazing experience. The rooms were top-notch, rivaling those of a 5-star hotel. The service was excellent, going above and beyond with a surprise champagne and making all activities easily accessible. The location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw away from major attractions. However, the dining experience, though convenient, could use some improvement.

This hotel is a gem in Florence! The rooms are very nice and more modern than many others we stayed in during our trip, with its own little kitchenette. I highly recommend this hotel if you are vacationing in Florence; it is on par or if not surpasses what you might find at a 5-star hotel in the states.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and modern, with great views of il Duomo, and they even included a mini kitchen equipped with everything I needed for cooking in-house. The service was top-notch, everyone was so pleasant, kind, and hospitable. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of everything, next door to where the Mona Lisa was painted. The dining experience was truly a gourmet treat each day, with wonderful choices and fantastic selections of both hot and cold items.
